    Competition form

    Hi guys.
    How to increase the competition form in the game. I have tried many different forms for my team but still it doesn't change.
    Please help me I am totally losing

    Competition form is based on your recent results. I don't know if it matters too much... But usually if I lose a match maybe moral goes down
