What condition is good enough for a good performance?

I've always tried to start a match with my players having at least 90% condition, but does it matter that much? Some people say it doesn't. I've just a had an association match against an equal team, and I've won 4-0 despite my players having 50% starting condition (I didn't notice that I have another match in 20 min.). My opponent had a normal formation and a good form.

So my question is: What condition is good enough for a good performance?

Is there anyone that could tell me his opinion on this from a long term view?

From personal experience...having condition in green is when I've seen my players performing well...tracked via match ratings.
For the first 15 odd seasons...I'd always start with around 70% condition on my players...I won mostly...but players performance varied a lot... consistency was missing.
After moving to a regime where I have at least 80% condition...mostly above 90% at start of match...the results, performance and ratings are more consistent.
I am able to progress through to semis and finals of cups and cl playing against+1 opponents always....win the league.
Playing with low condition is just a risk. You got to pray RNG favors you or opponent is also at lower condition.
If you have the greens...use them.
If not, well, there's not much option you have.

Condition and morale directly affects the performance.Keep it above 90% for crucial matches.

In FA condition have no effect. In normal game not to sure. I did with one of my best player playing with 18% condition near the end of the game his condition was 0%. He score 2 goals and take motm.So you can try and test it yourself.

Go for 99% and full morale and it won't matter anyway.
The only thing that change is that a lower condition can make injuries more likely.

I use to do that fear my team might lose and blame on condition & morale but not anymore. As long as my player condition can last through out the game then its fine. Ever experience a player scoring goals having good rating but morale still down after game. So dont bother abt morale just bull****. Now i dont blame on codition & morale just the game engine.

Same here, but I went to full superb preparation straight into bad defeats more time in latest seasons, while I won without caring too much about it.
Do as you said, just go with enough condition in order not to run into injuries.

Basically do you think that if all my players begin a game with a 90% condition, their performances will be lower then if they start with 99%?
