Morale - HELP!

Hey all,

I'm new to the game but i seem to have a problem with players morale. Players who are in my team, playing in their position and i'm winning most games (played 10, won 8, drew 1, lost 1) ... starting xi players are still losing morale?! For example, last game I won 9-0. My GK had good morale now he has poor morale. Same with 2 of my defenders.

Anyone able to advise what I'm doing wrong? Maybe if i lose games morale will go up?

Your doing nothing wrong, players seem to lose morale quite randomly.

Are you paying them a good bonus for winning matches? Because you are winning regularly, maybe they get fed up, with getting low bonus.

as many times they loss the ball , the morale with drop they almost scored many times a goal thats why your GK morale droped

So far in league and CL my GK only let in 1 goal but his morale is stilling dropping like nobody business !
