Panathinaikos is lv 21, the other team is lv (playing in a +1 lv).
Pan...s is 134, 7* team.
He kept five-six 7* players from previous season and the rest are 1* academy players or 3* players bought last day of previous season.
He bought five-six new 5* players and with the other 7* (now, this season they are 6*), he trained them to 7*.
For all this, you need less than 1000 greens and less than 60 tokens.

Someone can farm 600 plus the rest and earn 120 tokens in a season (35 contract + 35 daily sponsor + 50 from asso).
If you stay same lv in one (older) season, all above are in stock.

Aah I didn't notice that he was +1 level. Makes sense then.

I micromanage, farm rests too & would have had a 130+ starting team if I dropped the league last season.

But that's tanking, right? Or am I missing something?
