If he plays the way Niko says, I don't think it's cheating. Pretty sure it requires a lot of micromanagement, time & effort.

Given how Nordeus has set up the game, pitting players from different levels & all, I think it's a legit strategy.

Not quite sure how one can go 4 - 5 back to back winning seasons & I'd hate to tank myself. But in spite of quite a few leagues, I'm yet to win a treble, so who knows.
