AFAIK they're all newly generated players, so no, they probably aren't actual ratings.

Those ratings means nothing as you're buying from Bot-generator and not from actual player. If you want to buy good players buy the most expensive players in the list for your level.

Even I started seeing these ratings today.
I dont think they were there earlier.

They werent, i was checking for that before. Because i dont like to buy a player without seeing the stats. But now i have no choice.

From my experience the recommended players always perform solid. Bought 5-6 of them and they never let me down to be honest. You can expect those ratings easily as long as your team is performing good.

In your case this is a player that has some history and the ratings are from the last 5 games. Looks like a solid player but you would also like to check the number of goals he scored. But alas that is not possible anymore in the current game. In the former versions I have bought sometimes old strikers who had scored like 400 goals or something. They never let me down.
