Hey, these are the current abilities of my players
1) ST: SHOOTING 130%
FINISHING 129%
PASSING 136%
2)MR: PASSING 182%
DRIBBLING 158%
CROSSING 152%
3)ML PASSING 126%
DRIBBLING 123%
CROSSING 129%
I need to increase these skills further more. Particulalrly my st's shooting and finishing. Can anyone guide me as to how to achieve it??

Firstly, there is no confirmation that individual attributes matter and how much effect they have.Quote:

The shooting technique drill will improve your ST's shooting and finishing, but will also improve its strength. If you add in a GK in that same session, the GK will improve its reflexes and agility.
You need to read on the description of every drill, and choose them as appropriate for specific training sessions for specifically selected players.
