lol, they're called token buyers not cheaters, and be sure you'll face even more of them in higher levels.
if you find it frustrating, that's ok, but if you can't deal with it like a normal person, you should quit playing now.

So if my lvl 3 team has a value of 51,8M and a quality of 35 I automatically become a cheater?

You aint seen nothing yet, there is a member in this forum that has a squad of 20 9* Legends.

My team often has 7* players in it with the odd player at 8* or 9*.
