You have to play the whole match with no players in the ST positions - and win.

First week is over and... it was an amazing week:

(without FA)
-) 12 games: 32 goals, 18 assists and 8 MoM-titles for Costa
-) 0 goals conceeded
-) ~7 goals scored per match


Let's see, if 2.week still goes on this way... because we have 2 games against the 2 best teams at league, if we go to cup-quarter finals, we will play the hardest oppo on our side (final could be also hard, 3 good teams, incl our chinese rival, on the other side)

If I recall AI guide, then 18-22 yo 6* players TEF (Training efficiency factor) 0.21, using world class drills or in match; question is, anyone know what is the TEF for 23 or higher age players please.
