Formation change

Have you guys noticed any problems in the next game following the change in formation? Does the game account for adaptability period required? It's not a big difference IMO. Going from 4 def line-1DMC-3MC-2ST to 3DC, DML, DMR, 3MC and 2ST. Sorry, can't print screen from work. Thanks

if you change formation often, like more than 3 games in row, your team performance suffers

1 game formation change doesnt seem to have too much of an effect, so you can preserve players etc, anything more and you are asking for bad results

what the? this would mean using counter tactics is pretty inefficient
