You cannot sell payers to all the managers.
They must be on the same server - so very few chances for this

You can't buy or sell through facebook (friendship)...as Nik said, you'll have to be on the same server

yes u can with negotiations offerts
I think is not the ideal idea this, as there are +200 servers, and is not so usual ask here to sell players or buy, is not easy to coincide really and the best option is try to have your players added in the negotiations list.
To know your server there are some different ways, each one depending of the device you use to play. For PC is so simple.
