Training speed/age

Does anyone know what ages training slows down? like I duno whether getting scouts is worth it?

22-25
26-28
29-retirement

If i recall right.

Scouts level slower because a)they're already in 2nd bracket being 22 yo as the youngest possible and b)they are already 6-7 stars, and the more stars, the slower the training.

i got 74 tokens and just gone up to lvl 2, can't decide whether scout are worth the 50 tokens!
