Hello, I recently came back on top eleven after a long break. But the training system is kinda messy to me. I bought a bunch of 18 years old players, and I'd like to know if the training is more effective on them than on older players ? Also can they evolve a lot through the season ? I played top eleven at the very begining, and I remember my players from 18 to 21 years old evolved very well, and were very strong for at least 5 or 6 season, is it the same ?
