NEW. Not leveling as fast as others??? please help

Hi,

I am noticing that I am not leveling nearly as fast as other.

I finished my first season 2nd and am now level 2. I understand how the levelling works.

But i see other members that have been founded for only 3 weeks longer then me and are level 6 and have 10x the budget/team value then me? Surely to get to level 6 you would have had to have played 6 season's(6 months) but this user has only been on since august 2017.

Can anyone explain this to me?

And any tips on leveling faster?

Someone started playing as a guest and after few months, decided to connect his team to his facebook account.
That's the date you see.
Nothing has to do with leveling up faster.
