Actual Training

I still can't get round the fact that the computer determines what improvements your players get.
Surely in the real world you target your players weaknesses, though the new training set up looks 10 times better than the original, it loses out on the fact you can't improve your players how you want.
Hopefully there can be a compromise between the 2

You can train certain skills with specific drills I've done that on many players. Yes other skills may grow too but it doesn't mean that you don't have control at all.
