Are some players more prone to injury than others?

Do some players get injured more frequently than others? Because mid-season I bought a 5 star almost scout DMC, 18 years old (Mersini) and besides being a duck he also only managed to play three games since he keeps getting blocked by injuries. He played well his first game scoring a goal then he got injured for 4 days. After the injury I played him once again and he got injured for 6 days. I thought it was annoying but thought it could also just be bad luck. After that today he came back and played another game and guess what? Out for another 6 days! It's wierd because until the end of the season I didn't get much injuries besides those to Mersini. Is there like a hidden injury coeficcient in the system that makes players more likely to get injured and is that another thing that effects the players' price?

Carroll in my team, who is also a 5* DMC almost scout is having the same problem lol. I guess DMC is a very stressful role!
