So I linked my Top Eleven game on my old facebook account but sad to say that it was hacked. Now, I have a new account in fb and I want to sync it to my new fb account. However, I can't somewhat disconnect it in my old fb account cause I have no means of accessing it already.

Is there a way for me to disconnect my Top11 on m old fb account? I really wanna keep my old account since I've spend a huge sum of money in it. I'm just playing via mobile.
