I was wondering what's the highest level of a manager existing in top eleven. Considering the age of the game (5+ years ) it should be more than 60... But am I right ? :)

the HIGHEST level isn't related to your management ability or skills or even the amount of money you spend to buy scouts or rests ... it's just a reflection to the OLDEST guys who joined the game ....
So don't ask about the highest level because you will NEVER reach it since the 14 teams are promoted automatically regardless of their position at highest level guess from league 45 onward ....

Hello. I believe top eleven goes up to level 99 because all my friends are levels 63 or up right now
