i guess same league

are CL semifinals leg1 played on Monday the 29th? If so, i might play the same team in league and CL on one day^^ (we both have better teams than our quarter opponents, with me already winning the first leg 2-0). funny coincidence :D
I guess I have to unfriend that guy so he cant **** me up with friendlies...
- I had the same issue last season. I switched to "hard tackling" this season and I´m "doing" fine. But there seems to be a "bug" or something else, since 5 of my players are still "yellowed" 4 league games in a row.
- This is "normal" if not ordinary praxis in T11. You heal one on the morning, but get another one injured due the evening. (Got my ST injured today, AGAIN) :p
Are they scouts? I have 2GK, one plays in League and the other one in CL/CUP. Both are getting 6 or 7 (sometimes 8). Try to rotate, otherwise it´s just because they are eating "bananas" instead of clearing the ball. :D
Hmmm, don´t be to "sure". You never know when the server could "shut down for maintenance" and generate a strange result.:p:rolleyes:
Hm,, which offer was that? (don´t say WilliamHill)?! :p I don´t go for the trial/subscriptions, only the surverys. I get like 30 - 55T per week from them.
The vid´s on FB have been good this week as well, up at +70 greenies ;) ... But the IOS vids suck, haven´t been able to watch a sh*t since day 2 :(
A mixed day today...
I lost my league game 0-1 against a weaker team, and got 3 yellows... a lot of bad luck involved, now my lead is down to one point. On the other hand, as long as I stay in the top 4 for CL qualification, losing the lead wouldnt be a catastrophe.
The good: I won my CL home game 3-0, my 7 star striker recovered from his recent slump with 2 goals and one assist. That way Im almost into the semifinal which would net me about 1 million cash at my level. Possible semifinal opponents look beatable, too, in the final I might see the token team from my CL group again. But as all good trainers say, concentrate on one game at a time.
My AMR got injured at the beginning of my CL match, and I had to bring a DR to avoid an illegal formation. Seems my reserve isnt balanced enough yet, as it consists mainly of free agents and old players. Ive got enough packs to bring him back up so it isnt a big problem.
Injury count for the season: 13
We managed to "crush" the 2nd best team in the CL Q-finals with 4-0 in the 1th leg....;) Matchreport around 23 (going to hit the gym right now)
Just can't believe it
I had 6 big chances 1 vs 1 and hit the post 5 times
Truly amazing this game:|
It just seems that the game was against me this match with that kind of misses

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE QUARTER-FINAL PREVIEW
July Fourth vs ST.KOOZ United Tonight
ST.KOOZ United vs July Fourth Saturday
July Fourth 108.3 - ST.KOOZ United 100.3
We play the strongest remaining team other than ourselves Tonight and Saturday over 2 legs in the Quarter-Finals of the Champions League. Looking at the draw this is a tough game none the less and should be taken very seriously but a home fixture first meaning that we need a good performance tonight to make sure we are not sweeting on some nerves on Saturday, but ST.KOOZ United have done well so far, they also qualified from the group stages with 18 points but were shaky in their 2nd leg losing 1-0 but having won the first leg 3-2 they advanced on away goals, they are currently in a poor 12th position in their league but its the CL they have done well but we expect July Fourth to show superiority again over the 2 legs. They have a small 15 player squad but it is a 5* first XI and these can be difficult to beat especially if we are not on our game.
They have Martin Gigena suspended but they have removed him from his line-up and we presume they are happy with the 4-3N-1-2 formation here, Bojan Markovic is there main in-form striker with 19 goals and also Elvir Alstig has got 15 goals, Seppe Itonga their playmaker has 11 assists and defenders Hamid Alavi or Youssef Ben Haj Mabrouk will likely be their main free-kick taker, If they get a penalty they have Juan Ospina as their specialist.
July Fourth have no suspended or injured players going into the tie and we have plenty of options available for our team selection for this game. We may opt for 4-1-3W-2 here since it worked well for us in the 1st leg of our last 16 game, but we may play our default formation which is a possibility, 4-5-1 V is also another option for a possible counter.
ODDS: To Qualify: July Fourth 1/6 ST.KOOZ United 4/1
1st Leg: July Fourth 1/3, Draw 11/4 ST.KOOZ United 6/1
2nd Leg: ST.KOOZ United 7/2 Draw 9/4 July Fourth 8/13
Draw with the 13 th place in the league
Don't know what happened this day but is the worst day after a long time for my team:|
Uggghhh... I been there a few times with my team but usually with the quality thats in my squad, it doesn't last too long and I normally quickly return to winning ways. When I'm struggling its usually when I get the odd draw and a series of narrow wins. My team would still win the league even if I didnt play well all season.
1)I don't think it's a bug, simply it doesn't consider the 4 game rule to reset. Same for CL. Anyways, i avoid hard tackling since it alwais ends up in injured people. For istance, i'm pretty sure my CL opponent went Hard tackling since i recorded more than one nasty foul. Problem is i got 2 cards for silly ones while his 3-4 hard fould (late entrance and so on) got punished only once on a yellow-fkin messed up.
2)You didn't get my point, i'm not complaining on injuries or healed players re-injuring. T11 here works as real football. Whe you fully recover a player you don't toss him the very next match from start, at max you make him play 20 minutes and gradually get him back. I alwais make sure either a)my recovered player jumps the first match after recovery or b)i heal him completely before the next day starts (3 am). So far none of my players re-injured back after recovery.
What i'm complaining is that every time i make my 3rd and last sub, one random player injuries immediatly after letting me unable to sub him due to no more available. So far in the season i never had an injury occuring during game when i had still subs left. All of them arrived right after the 3rd substitution, leaving me in 10 on pitch.
3)One is a scout and the other one is a Q34,8 with 20 Sps to assign which i'm still not sure i'll keep on next season. I might let loose those sps and sell it for a bid war. Anyways both of them are scoring 4-5 even when they save balls or i win taking in 0 goals. Altho both of them seems to take A LOT of shoots through from range even when i have a defensive wall on the pitch. As new server doesn't offer anything better and a scout now would be idiotic (also no 22yo Q44 available) i'm in a pinch.
4)I can understand it happening playing a never used formation with the ND settings (through middle) in the cup, but against a Q15 inferior team which uses 4-4-2 flat i just don't see possible to lose 3 goals away not scoring even once. But lemme touch my private parts for you just in case
5) It was an online casino subscription + 10€ donation to play. I don't usually do these offers but last time on tokenads i made the 560 tokens just fine, so this time having 570 for 10€ looked well (sparing 25€ if buying them directly) and since online casinos keep a track of all transactions i felt pretty sure. As fact everything is recordered, but i think they're just trying to play dumb copypasting answers replying to my mails. Soon or late they'll eventually give up as really they got every proof they need to avail my ticket. I hope at least. If not, i'll kill time with my Lawyer just for the fun.
Also, on the videos side, 0 videos from iphone in the last 9 days, as well as an amazing total of 2 videos from fb for the whole season. Fkin dumbasses.

Season's Scores.
As you can see, apart from the super low rating belonging to the messed up login cup match (the 4 and 3 in almost everyone's rate), My keepers are horrible, and the MC scout 7* i had to buy due to server lacking any form of good players is performing like Julian Ross last season (see Ross' scores now). Same goes for the AML/ML i took after i sold my old one, another 7* performing totally poor. Also my striker which i bet he would be my future's talent surely trains fast even at 6* but still performs badly (2 goals in the whole season).
Main problem here is the new server: next season those 7* players won't be able to sell since being none higher than my current level none will be able to buy 6* players from TL or negotiations. That's why for new servers is impossible, practically, to refresh bad purchases by selling them and buying something better or inviting. After the Backup change too i never found any player over 3*, and negotiations just aren't appealing to find a sub keeper, since almost all of them are main ones.
EDIT: the only keeper in negoatiations is a 33 yo Q 38 one while the 2 scouts GKs are both bottom table of all players with 27 and 29 yo and Q41.
League, round 17 - Perfect Tactics 7-1 BORNEO FC
Perfect Tactics: 52.4, 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly
BORNEO: 30.0, 4-4-2 classic
Routine win for us. We changed tactics in the 2nd half to see the difference between counter attack and offside trap and we paid the price with a silly goal!! A bit of an experiment there but at least we know. We stay 4 points clear of 2nd place as Guedes FC continues to win, we play each other on Sunday in what could be a title decider.
Goals: Nascimento (22'), Petersen (26', 37' PEN, 86 HAT), Mata (40'), Hardy (55'), Tarak (71'), Fabregas (81')

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE QUARTER-FINALS 1ST LEG
July Fourth 0-0 ST.KOOZ United
July Fourth 108.3 4-1-3W-2 First Half, 3N-1-3W-1-2 2nd Half - ST.KOOZ United 100.3 4-3N-1-2
Not much to say about this one but our tactics here failed as Papaleo blowed a dozen shots wide and over the bar and we couldn't get anything going from our corners and Mensah had no chances from free-kicks because we never got any, Markovic missed a chance to give ST.KOOZ a winner midway through the second half. Everything to play for in the second leg and remember away goals could play a big part here.
Goals: None. MOTM: Ben Haj Mabrouk
This is an unusual sitituation for us. 0-0 at home against a team I pointed out that were capable of causing problems, a good start for us away will be very important and I think getting the away goal will be very important to qualification for the semi-finals. If we get infront I could see us winning the second leg quite well. BUT if ST.KOOZ keep it at 0-0 during the second leg or take the lead, we could be in trouble.
July, would you mind reverse-jinxing my returnleg away too??
hehe
good luck :)
i went out of the cup after a 0-0 the other day, after loosing at home (played 75mins with 10 men :( ) so it was good to bounce back in CL atleast, and especially against a better quality team :)

HEADLINE: Balkan Boyz demolish "BorisRager FC" in CL semi-final first leg!
CL: Balkan Boyz (Q42,6) Formation: 4-1-2-1-2/3W-2N-2N-3W-1 >> 1 - 3 << BorisRager FC (Q35,2) Formation: 3N-1-2-2W-2

MOTM: NONE
Balkan Boyz took a huge step towards the Champions League semi-finals on Thursday evening after humbling the Israeli giants BorisRager FC with 4-0 at "Balkan Boyz Stadium". Hasan Salihamidžić scored twice, Xherdan Shaqiri and Ivica Olić had one goal each.
Manager -Ljepoje- admitted that it was a comprehensive and convincing 4-0 win, but that "nothing is yest decided, it's just half-time". Asked if he could believe how easy they managed to beat the 2nd best Q-rated team in the CL this season he said "not really...I think we knew we were able to give them good competition and win with a goal margin or so, but nobody expected a 4-0 win. I think everybody said before it was a 60%40 game". The Balkan Boyz’s win sets them up for "comfortable" return as their 4-0 win at home will make their job a lot easier ahead of the second leg on Saturday. But -Ljepoje- emphasized that "the only thing I know, which is great, is that my team will not go there and want to defend themselves."
Over&Out!
I won in CL against a team who has players with 6 stars, 2-1 away ..
I hope I do it again at home ..
and then I'll have to face a scout buyer in semi-finals .. he even has 7 stars players ..
Damn, there is a 5.2m Q34 player on my transfer market, I want to buy him but i bought a ~3m Q29 (who turned out to be a slow trainer) and now i dont have enough money. The new one must be a fast trainer, its the most expensive player I saw on my transfer market.
But i guess i should save for next season anyways^^
LEAGUE ROUND 18
aof fc 1-3 July Fourth
aof fc 95.6 5-3W-2 - July Fourth 108.3 3N-1-3W-1-2 (4-1-3W-2 last 20 mins)
We took another step closer to retaining the league title with a 'satisfactory' 3-1 away win at aof fc, aof fc as you may remember back in round 5 were the team that fluked a 1-1 draw when I played them at home. We got off to a flying start with Mensah feeding it through for O'Sullivan to power it past the keeper in the 3rd minute and Miku on goal setup O'Sullivan for his brace, next aof came into the game and it was a bit of a stalemate until 2-0, then they found a way through from 30 meters through Toure and then 4 minutes later Michu broke the defense line but was brought down in the area for Papaleo to put it away to restore our 2 goal advantage. We switched to a slightly more defensive setup afterwards and we saw out the win.
Goals: O'Sullivan (3,18) Toure (56) Papaleo (60 PEN) MOTM: Hogan.
Forgot about my school totally, 2 new players were chosen out of many talents..
1 dr/dmr and 1 gk

http://puu.sh/2Hngx.jpg
Right now I have only 3T, I ain't sure if I should save them for that player, since the GK I currently have is kinda slow trainer but oh well
The other player got 1 skill point from a full hard training.
And I did another hard training with him, 2 skill points and 27% current skill progress. He had about 40-50 % from the first training left, so I guess that kinda helped.. :D
In other news: 4-0 loss at home today, against a stronger team..

4th place is not a dream though..

Time for a bit of a ctach up on my end.
My match against Goatisan saw me win 3-1 and open up a 9 point gap at the top. It started off badly as Ebeye was injured in the 31st minute and replaced by Lewandowski, but we managed to score in the 38th, courtesy of my youth player from last season, Shane Dos Santos. They equalised in the 49th, but a substitution that saw Ha replace Hamlin paid off, as Ha FINALLY converted a pen in the 74th, before the League's top goalscorer Sutcu put the match to bed in the 84th.
Yesterday's League match saw us away to Hayda Bre. With an important CL game due, the majority of the reserves were played. I was unable to watch the game, but it looked like a close shave as we won 3-2. Arianto (FINALLY) showing his worth as he scored two and assisted one. They scored in the 89th to give us a late scare, but we held out.
The CL match, however, was a joke. I was at home against Today Aqokid FC. I will admit before hand that I was at a tactical disadvantage (I played my usual 4-4-2 Flat against a 4-1-2-1-2). However, there was a big quality difference between us of 11 (My squad Q38 to their Q27.7), I had a full crowd and my attendance, plus my starting line up (except the ML who was covering the 2nd match of my main ML's suspension) had at least Q40 throughout (5*) while the strongest player they have is one Q35 (4*). We scored in the 66th minute after having PLENTY of Counter Attack breaks (which their defence seem to deal with absolute ease everytime) and one on one chances. But we conceded an 82nd minute away goal from their ONLY one on one chance at goal in the whole match. To say I was fuming is an understatement. I aim to batter them tomorrow at their place.
Today's match is against Devil 9 in the League. Still pushing for the title and, hopefully, the perfect League season (it's still on the cards).
League, round 18 - fenerbahce 0-6 Perfect Tactics
fenerbahce: 32.2, 4-3W-1-2
Perfect Tactics: 52.5, 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly
A big contrast between this match and the match at home where we won 13-0. The win puts us 7 points clear but Guedes FC plays a bit later. We started off brightly, we had the early chances and Salih was booked early for a late challenge and the free kick was saved by Casillas. But a few minutes later he made another late challenge and was sent off. Petersen stepped up to score from the free kick and from then it was just a matter of how many we could score. A counter attack put us 2-0 up through Mata before he struck again from long range to make it 3-0. It was quiet until the 60th minute when a Mata pile driver completed his hat trick. Petersen set up Blomqvist for his 7th of the season and a late Petersen goal gave us a 6-0 lead.
Goals: Petersen (27', 87'), Mata (30', 36', 60' HAT), Blomqvist (81')
Sent off: Saluh (27')

"Forget" about the youths and buy some descent 26 - 30yrs old instead. This way you could have a 4*/5* squad of which you could be proud of.The youth players from the academy are "suitable" as benchwarmers or waterboys, nothing else. But if you manage to get a "good" one, them train and sell them, just for the profit.
