What a season so far. I can't seem to do anything right. The dice keeps falling the wrong way for me so I keep loosing and tieing games in the league. After 7 matches I am at the 9th spot. Only 1 win, 4 ties and 2 losses. One loss due to a red card. The other lost to 100% shot efficiency. I tied against clubs that are 40% lower in quality and in some games I had 29 shots and not a single goal. Cryyyyyyyyy. I even bought 2 7 star players and trained a new striker with free kick SA but nothing. No go.
CL 1 win, 1 tie and 2 losses. Cup 3 wins, 2 losses. Asso 1 win, 1 tie, 2 losses. Hmmm lets see what that does add up to:
20 games:
6 wins
6 ties
8 losses
The WORST start evahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D

The boys don't seem to be taking the treble defense seriously. My team is playing like they're consistently hungover from a night out drinking in the league play this season. Granted, the manager has been M.I.A. for matches and not always resting players, so their is that. Not a good receipt for success in a league in which over half the league has been in Gold 1 or Platinum division at some point in the last two seasons. But I refuse to invest morale and/or rests to recover my players for league play, so as long as the boys finish top 4 i'll be happy.
CL and Cup, we're a combined 10-0-0 so far. Cup quarterfinals looks like it should be a walk in the park. Semi-Finals and Finals are against more challenging foes. Nordeus basically stuck 75% of the top teams in the same 1/4 of the bracket this time.
Associations, we're in platinum with 1222 points after picking up 115 points last weekend. Alot needs to go wrong to not pick up 128 more, but their is still work to be done.

Ok league time. I have to win this one. I am a bottom feeder with the second highest quality in the league. Game starts and it is all equal. I hit the pole again but ok. Second half starts and he scores 0-1. 50th minute. Clear foul ref!!!! Open your eyes my striker gets assassinated on the field. No card but my striker takes revenge and scores 1-1. 56th minute, my striker takes revenge again, but this time on a player in the penalty box. What are you doing there? Ref, that was only a slight push. Ref? REF? WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT? Straight red and a penalty. FFFFFFFFFFF................. Second game with a straight red and a penalty? Nordeus, you hate me, right? 1-2. Even with 10 persons we are fully equal. He scores 1-3 though and then in the 88th minute I score 2-3. Will I get another draw? Ref, come on, we had 3 serious injuries and a couple of subs, we should get at least 4 minutes of extra time. Whistle blows. Come on, 90th minute sharp? Grmmmbllllll, match fixing, grmmmbblll, unfair ref, grmbbllll Nordeus, grmblllll,..................... Oh well, ggwp to my advisary.
11th place with 7 points after 8 games. One more loss and I am going to tank for the first time. I have had season like this before and still ended up as number 1 or 2 but this is officially the worst start ever. Based on the stats I should have won 5-6 more games easily. It happens, but it is frustrating like hell.
So far this season, all setbacks have come in the league.

Great, got knocked out of the Cup 4-1 on aggregate by a weaker team. On the same day I lose 1st place in the league...to a weaker team. I really don't think my choice of tactics or positions has any bearing on the outcome what-so-ever.
I was about to give this season up after so many losses. Now I got some confidence back. The league match against the number 3 was won but barely again. This is really hell that Nordeus is giving me.

I am just wondering what changed in this version as it almost impossible to score. I get game after game where I get over 20 shots and with 50% on target but only with very low efficiency. I replaced my wingers by recommended players (7 star) and a new striker (almost 7 star) and still it is hard :P Last game 25 shots and 8 on target and just barely 1 goal. My advisary had 18 shots and 7 on target but thank god he didn't score. So three wins in a row and I am climbing from 13th spot to the 7th spot. Is this season still saveable?

I 'm playing in a low quality league the last 5 seasons and my avg is about 7-0.
Sometimes I can win with a 9-0 but if not watch my game, it can give a victory of 2-0 vs a team with 1/3 quality of mine (110% - 35%)
League: Well, pulled off a 5-0 win against 2nd in the league, to tighten up the race. With the 1st place losing to 7th as well, we've jumped from 4th to 2nd place today, jumping over the former 1st and 2nd place teams. It's all really close from 1st to 6th at this point. League has 4 platinum managers, a pair of Gold 1 managers and another that is usually in Gold 1, but slipped back to Gold 2 this season, so there is some competition.
CL group was cruise control. Cup quarter-finals 2nd leg is later today, but i'm feeling to lazy to attend it.
Associations: I'm not sure what nordeus did but the draw was screwy this weekend. We benefited, and I know of four other tournaments with a strange draw as well. Basically, they've taken a high 6* association and drawn them with three low 6* associations this weekend, and it isn't just the tournament I'm in. We won 27-9, and now sit at 1249 points, so need 76 more to stay up.
Finally pass the q.final but don't understand why 442 ND doesn't work against 3w-4-1-2, 4-1-4-1 works :confused:

My second team had a strange game yesterday in the league against a friend of mine. I couldn't watch the game but the result baffled me.

Comeback! Vs 10% superior opposition and title rival, or well, maybe just a CL rival [ I'm in 2nd place and table topper is 7 points ahead. Had a poor start to the season, drawing 5 of my opening 9 games. I lost interest sort of.... I have minimal time for the game now... I just train my boys and hope for the best... Support if I can too. Hopefully I win the league.... My champions league is tough... Mt second team is also in an exciting league. Although I lost 3 games in the second half I am still in second place only 3 points behind the number 1. Two other teams trailing with 3 points.
I have to admit this is quite a good league.
