Lost my team is there a way of getting it back?

I downloaded the game on my mobile phone played for a week or so, I then got an invite through Facebook on my laptop which I clicked thinking If I put the same team name in it might link up or ask me for a code or something to link the 2, I then went on my phone and clicked the Facebook link which linked me to the new team I didn't want, so I've lost my other team, are there any ways of trying to get the other back? Unfortunately I haven't got the code for my original, I've contacted nordeus support but haven't heard back yet

When you r logging in TE11 there is a question if u want to logging through facebook or without it, at least is there for my ipad, if u answer without, it logs u in the team which is not linked with fb, and the opposite.

Also if you want link the team that you have on your phone do this:
create a new account on FB do not install t11 on facebook.
When asked to login on FB login with your new detail.
In this way your team should be the same that you have on the phone.

Ye I did this.
Made an account in T11 mobile ( Android version )
Created new account in Facebook.
Connected my FB account in T11 mobile.
All done!
Now I can play from PC and mobile also.

Ive already clicked on the log into facebook on my phone thinking it would put my team on my mobile onto facebook but since I created one on facebook on my laptop it has brought that one onto my phone now loosing the one I want :/

I also don't get the option to not log into facebook as it does it automatically now :/

Go under your "friends" tab on mobile and there is facebook option.

I cant find an option to log out of facebook?

I was also not able to log out, so I uninstalled facebook for a sec.

Ok I tried that but still logging into the "new" team that I don't want, is there a way of deleting this team?

When you create facebook, don't install T11 there. Then uninstall your facebook in mobile and open game. Open your team and go to friends tab , then connect to facebook from there. All done. That's how I did it and it works 100%
