Hey Siddas, I currently live in UK as well and the restart is around 2:30 something like that, clearly not at midnight. Whenever I play during the night I do get a short disconnect around 2+ and I see the game shows me the current day.

I see that talisman is from UK as well and he said the same hour so I guess 2:30 is the time for us.
