Easy...you have 5 teams let's say 5-6-7-8-9 level so each team train the player
with only the highlighted attributes till he reaches 119% or less and then sells him to next team etc...

If you see the second player the age 18 years , 80% , defending 276%

18yo players having 1% grey skills ... :rolleyes:

18yo players 1% greys and 340% whites... ridiculous

I'm not against low grey skills at all i have them but they are results of "natural aging" :)

Just peek at top russian asso they are best example of using this method :rolleyes:
