Manager's Style of play

Please how can I view a league rival manager's style of play e.g hard attacking, attacking ect.? I play with facebook account.

if he has 4 or 5 defenders (D +DMC)
if he has many shots (vs a normal opponent, not weak teams)
maybe the positions (in the box) of his player

can you post his team ?
can you post 2-3 stats of his team vs other teams ?

He plays 3-5-2. He plays 3 central defenders, 5 midfielders and 2 strikers

I don't have much info but probably he's playing normal/attack
Set 4-5-1V , defense/counter/flanks mixed or long pass

Offside trap should only be used if you're attacking, and then only if the opposition don't have fast players that they can counter-attack with.

Have a look at the opponents players - if he has players with high speed %, then leave offside trap off, as they can beat it.
