When the league table actually draw?

i still don't know when actually league table for my team being draw,

is it during the 1st day of the season already draw but i just can see the league table on day 3?

or is it the league is draw is made on day 3 of season?

because in previous season, i was saw my 1st league opponent on day 2 after the 1st cup match end,

and i can only saw it if my 1st league schedule is before the champion.L match.
