It's possible.
Step1:
Sell off all your squad until you have just the required 14 players.

Step2:
Train the 14 players till they have <30% condition in order to increase the risk of injury

Step 3:
Play friendly upon friendly until 4 players out of the 14 get injured (it will only be a matter of time before this happens)

Then you will have just 10 of the required 11 eligible players to start a match

so injuries only? ok, thanks.

did you mean 3-0?

not sure, really. looked trough all my games, can not find that one: they all have some report like they were really played. and most of them are 2:0 or 3:0 wins anyway so f..k me if I know. I'll take your word for it.
