Effective but ridiculous training !

I bought this player 4*(64%) and i trained him with Press the play and Long Run with 300 greens.




Now as you can see he is 141%.This means that gained 1% per 4 greens, good training i think.

with 100 rest on fast counter attack only he will reach 160%
