Nowadays (after the introduction of new train sys) , I am using the following drills because of high white skills and normal training is pointless.
PRESSING for Wingers and Strikers !!!!!
WING PLAY for MCs !!!!!
FAST COUNTER ATTACK for defenders :DD:D:D:D:D

If you do that you'll be training their non-important skills... So your team % will grow, then your opponents will be better, but your players won't improve.
So it's not very good for you in my opinion.
I bought this player 4*(64%) and i trained him with Press the play and Long Run with 300 greens.

Now as you can see he is 141%.This means that gained 1% per 4 greens, good training i think.
with 100 rest on fast counter attack only he will reach 160% ;)Quote:

Can someone tell me which drill to use for every position ?I mean I use the gk power training but I know only for the AMC 5 gk drills + skill drill. I want to know for other positions as well..
