Important question about the 340% cap.

Hi all.

After discovering about the latest training system change, I was mad and thought about quitting this game.
Then I thought "Ok, maybe I will spend some greens more. Let's see how it goes."
But then I read about the 340% cap from somebody...
Is it true that they decreased that cap??
I heard about something like 200%.
Because if it's true, there is no point in this game anymore. It won't matter much if you are a better manager with better players. The results will depend more on randomness than the teams'/players' quality.
It would be the change that would destroy the game and make me quit.

Nothing has changed, the limit is the same, 340%

During 5 years or more the game had limits between attributes and was rare to have a single one at 10 or 12 stars which is 180-220 xD
