Player being slow trainer after reach +1 star.

Well i already know that when a fast trainer player reach an star he slow down the speed of trainning. My question is: If i made him learn a new role, the amount of skill point that i expend learning it, will slow down the speed of training as a new star make? i mean, players just get slowed when the quality enchant or they going getting slow by amount of skill points he gets? thanks and sry for my bad english.

If your going to add a new role or SA then you need to do that first before you start power training for quality.

So that point expended before in a new role will not disturb the speed of training! So the only thinh who will slow down players training is the enchant of quality!?
