    Player Transfer system

What's the point of having transfers in last week of season?
To buy a player at 99% only for him to be 79% in a week!
The player purchase system is so unreal it's unbelievable.
So here is a suggestion I'd like you all to consider:

To make the player system more real:
    a) Make youth players visible with chance to include in training.
This means visible to other managers as well.
Other managers can then bid for transfers on your youth players same as for any other players.
To make it Nordeus happy, no more free transfers on youth team players.
When youth team are ready you can offer contract same as any player on last year but with token cost as well.
    (nominal cost in tokens)
If you do not sign youth players when they are 18 they go on open market for sale.

    b) Team players contracts not always available in last year of contract and when they expire go on open market for sale.
Maybe have a transfer page for players with only 1 year of contract left. Then you can bid to extend contract v other managers looking to add them at end of contract.
(lower level managers would see the better %'s as they would looking at a higher level managers players)

    1) So you would have a tab for out of contract/free agents/ youth players with no contract (marketplace)
    2) a tab for 1 year left on contracts scouted by your scout
    3) a tab for youth team players scouted by your scout
    4) and an assistant manager's / coach's recommendation as there is now.

Maybe with scout being so prominent possibility of buying / hiring a scout with a fixed term of contract same as you would a player
Maybe even extend that to Assistant Manager and Coach (possibility of offering positions to 30 yr + players?)
Or even have potential AM's, Coach's and Scouts apply for whom you have to sign a contract same as with a player.

This would have the effect of:
    1) older players being bought as potential Assistants / coaches
    2) a realistic progression of players transfers
    3) a more dynamic player emphasis not only on training but in selection as well (as if a player is constantly on bench / not picked he wont want to resign contract)

Oh and transfers to be completed in 1st and last week of season. (1st week visibility of 99% players max and with last week managers able to see 119% players max)
So only need for game to manufacture youth players. No more fictitious, manufactured or bot players in marketplace.

This is an initial idea with a lot more to be worked out / added so any suggestions, ideas or thoughts on the matter welcome.
...and even if you don't leave a comment or suggestion at least vote.

I think this is really making it unnecessarily complex. Bring back negotiations, flesh out the youth academy more, and fix the auction system. The infrastructure is already in place, if Nordeus decided to actually use it well.

Sounds like a full blown soccer manager game. Too time consuming. I think alot of players like the simplicity of the current game.
Not too many things to do. Watching Vids probably takes the most time and even that is optional. Training also optional. Can win even without.
Buying players can be fast too if you dont need the fastest trainer and willing to use your tokens.
Perfect for the family man and working adult.

Yeah , way too complex and time consuming as already said by others. The average punter playing this game cant get a grip on the game as it is.
Really all that needs to happen is Nordeus restore Negotiations to all season and I would make 1 change to it , which would be to allow managers to nominate the players that go on negotiation market. That way real negotiations would happen between managers who are active. Probably get rid of the hidden 2 token cost for changing a bid as well.
There are a lot of things that could be done with youth players but to keep it simple I would allow managers to request a type of player and/or any SA. Pay a premium I guess of an extra 5 or so tokens for these players , rough cost 15 -20 tokens.

Complexity wise yes it would add a little more brain power but as you point out the infrastructure is there so why not use to it's max potential?
I'm tired of bot players so to see them come through the ranks or to get a scout to source out....makes more sense.
Yes this is a football manager game, you are the manager! but no it would not be the same as other manager games.

Right, but you don't have to reinvent the wheel to make it engaging. Have auctions where you can sell players to other managers. Have a better youth system that you can maintain alongside your main team. Free agents used to be a thing (players that were sacked by teams), so just bring that back.

Stuff like managing coaches, scouts, etc is starting to get more trouble than it's worth, and likely would create more problems than it would solve.

Exactly the infrastructure is there, maybe not a need to add the coach and scouts etc but it's just a thought.
Why not make this the best football manager game, why not utilise the frame work that already exists....why keep pandering to the lowest common denominators, why not add a little complexity....why not give it a little more reality?

If you want a simple, unintelligent, total luck based, nothing you do will make a difference game,...then play roulette or better, one of the online slot machines..

So of the 500+ players that viewed this, 4 have made a comment and presumably the same 4 took the poll.....I've had 2 of my association stop playing because they were not happy with game plus several older members of our association have also stopped playing. So if your unhappy about the transfer system here's where you can say something about it. The invigilators see these blogs and can flag them to the developers. So even if you disagree with my proposal then suggest what you feel will improve it.

Nice but too complicated, i like it because its look like cm system. But well cant be implemented in this game.

Bringing back negotiaton now is not so bad i guess, because server already merge and overpowered mutant, tankers will killing each other lol
