To increase above 140 in any skill now is very difficult by normal trainning drills or forced trainning by Gk train trick

To be the fair to the guy I have never understood why these changes are not communicated properly in the actual game! Shouldn't need to be glued to the forum for game changes.

Maybe so but they are communicated through most forms of Social Media such as Facebook and Twitter and there are links to all of these including the T11 Community and forum in game.
Just looked at the Top Eleven (official) Facebook page and there is nothing on there about any changes to the training system, or notification about a system update on the 15th May. AFAIR there is rarely any such notice put on the FB page.Quote:
