[Question] Upgrades

Hi,

All the upgrades who are there show what they do..

example Grass less chance on injury and Parking more place for fans ect..

But ..

What does the Fitness Centrum / Trainings field do?

Can anyone help me with that im ready to set an other upgrade but i dont know what i should pick

Fitness Centrum give u green booster, as u upgrade it, it will produce more and in less time

and Trainings field give u young player from academy

as u upgrade it, it will give more quality youth player..
