The friendly thing is a bug.

It originally appeared with the update to the training system where we have to train all the drills. However at this time it was isolated to only a few servers.

Nordeus did patch the Man of the Match skill point being awarded for friendlies bug.

However, with the latest update that removed the goalkeeper training, the MotM for friendly bug returned and now has spread like wildfire across many servers. Away team in friendlies is gaining skill points currently as well, at least I was like one week back. Haven't paid attention since.

As for injuries, it really doesn't matter as there has been no use for red packs for so long that several managers have roughly 2K health packs saved up. Eventually they'll run out but it will be awhile.

I made a lot of friendlies (15) to make a test

- Injuries still exist
- Players with 0% gain nothing
- must play vs a very weak team so to dominate, so your man to shoot many free-kicks and score, so to get motm or it's a waste.
- morale of players is going down for good (weird, as I won with great score most of the games)
- you need 75 games so your player to earn one star (with motm).

so a lot of effort.

It's worthy if you have an old player who is not gaining anymore from training.
