no, there isn't any license .
The promo is two jerseys from the teams that start the daily program of IC.
They just forgot Saturday's game (bad luck for you Noel :( )
If so then ill wait for Wednesday for the shirt, still got no answer, so many country emblem but not from Portugal:(
Maybe they will change the routine as some teams probably won't play first any day. And others will play first more than once.
