I have this 32 year old player who retires at the end of the season, and I want to get rid of him in order to make some room for new players.
The problem is I can't sell him so I want to sack him but for some reason sacking him will cost me way too much!
He gets only 110K per season so why do I need to pay 1.3M to sack him??
other players that earn 100K can be sacked for 100K-120K....
can some one explain?

because you need to pay his contract till end of season, best hope as players will still pos buy keep shoving him on transfer list
did you even read his post? it only only earns about 100k per year, its indeed strange it costs 1m to release him
and you cant sell players who retire
it`s market value with wage, he can still TRY and sell as his market value is 1.22 milQuote:

Change his name to Zindane or Messi or Ronaldo. It will give you a better chance to sell him. Just sayin......

Anyway, for some reason today I checked again and the sacking price went down to 350K which is still too high but I sacked him anyway...
be careful not to but player aged 32 and above, you can't know if they announced retirement until you buy them, and you CAN'T sell them....
