Arrows type Help or Just make players lose more form and stamina

what r the pros with arrows ??? if i put red on am they will shoot and score more ? or blue on my dmr then he become another DR ?

Well I have place red on all my AM, guess what they score more than my ST. The main question here is to win or to preserve energy ? I never use arrows on my DMC though but I guess the red arrow on my Attacking Midfield make sure they go upfront and not fall back.

First time I did yesterday as I went against a 4-5-1 flat with most of my backup team in a 3-1-4-2 formation (DMC pushed up to make a 3-5-2 at times). Seem to work a charm as I won 3-0, though it could be that my defence was particularly strong as well.
