Seriously though, yes there should be a minimum of 1. But the odds of that happening are slim considering they havent made a move to fix any of the more serious issues many people are complaining about.

This is my first crack at level 4, and I am starting to get offers for one of my players. zero tokens offered, now 2.
I will just let the clock run so the player cant keep making offers and they hold his tokens for 24 hours.

Seems like a fair punishment...

dont underestimate the stupidity of people. i'm sure there are people who sell their players for 0T^^
