If I have 2 players, one with 80% condition and one 40% condition, same age, same skills, would they perform the same or condition is really important and the one with less will perform less?

they will perform but will get tired as match goes on plus more chance of injury as their not as fit
Anyway they will not perform at their best (IMHO).
So it;s always better to have a prefect condition to have better chances of winning a game? I lost against a much weaker team but my player's condition was around 30-40%...That and some bad tactics could explain it right?
yep always try and keep players around 90% plus for better chanceQuote:
