Leveling up as a manager

Hey guys,

How exactly do I level up my manager level? My club is 104% (31.2) and seems like I often play guys who are worse than me in both regards but are level 8 or up while I am only level 2. Is there an easy way?

You level up by gaining promotion every season.
Just how are you playing teams that are Level 8 or above ?

So every season I play I will level up? I am playing people of level 8 and above in association match ups. I am just confused how the leveling up goes. I am interested to get to level four because I want to start the negotiations portion.

Associations have nothing to do with levels
It is the % that counts so all levels can play together.

So every season I play I will level up?

yes, one season-one lv. But you must finished at least at 8th position.

In associations you see the other teams from their point of view.
The same will be for you from the next season in auctions too.
