Giving Up This Season

Pretty much the nail in the coffin that last match. Since there was no chance I'll even get into the top 3 this season, I decided to quit and wait for next season to come and not get promoted. Already placed my reserves in and everything.


I've gotten a couple of suggestions from people in regards to what I should do and I'm taking their advice with ease. I swear I did not expect the game to kick my ass the way it did.

Well, I guess I'll have to...

Dude, I don't think anyone is being too harsh - you got offended easily. There are some helpful pointers in those replies, even if they are a bit short

Your team is shy of quality at that level, perhaps a season of consolidation and earning a bit of cash and tokens would do you good? It seems you're not a token buyer, so don't expect to climb so quickly and don't worry too much - I'm sure you can come back stronger

It's amazing that none of your top 3 teams have a single 5* player.. you will be dreaming of having such a weak league in the future.

They've yet to show up in auctions yet. I've only just seen a more abundance of four star players

Why don't you just play it with a midfield instead of ams and sts

Play out and earn tokens, cash and packs, stock up for next season

Let me add this: in terms of scouts, if you can afford, you should get a GK and a ST. Also, you can try during low peak server activity to get some older guys for cheap and improve your team if you cannot afford scouts or get 18-19yo kids now and train them until the end of the season! Do not just wait for the season to end, it will be a waste of time! And if you get good players now, just make sure to play them out of position to make sure you don't win your game and you will not promote!
