1) it gives the helping manager a little "fruit" for his labor OR a good lesson if he advised wrong.
2) it gives other ppl who read the post and see the result a good tip no matter the outcome of the game

It can still be a hard game even if they have an illegal formation as lots of ppl on here are losing even with big possession.
