hello , when i start playing a match near minute 20 - 35 condition of some of my players decrase from 99% to 50 % but when game finish their condition goes up again , this is a big problem it makes my players play very bad
is anyone else having this problem
No. I know that during the half time it goes up some 5% or so. That's odd.
are you adding enough skill points to physical & mental? it has fitness over there might have something to do with it..
being subtituted, half time break, match ending will recover your players' stamina a bit.
Some tactics and orders may waste your players' stamina/energy.
Maybe you using ultra atacking or ultra defending, that's make stamina decrease faster...
Not at a point that at the same minute every game their condition decrease a whole lot. Not even a whole 90 mins would get condition to 50 if the players are well rested, not even playing ultra off/def.

I guess that is lack of fitness or going over the top in terms of playing it is necessary to take rest a bit between the game this is how i personally feel.
You need to give them a bit of rest that can help you.
