play friendly match ore train players?

Im reading allot about training players but is it better to play more friendly matches on 1 day instead of the normal training?
Because the players recieve more points. Ore is this bad for my players? (i played 6 matches a day last days)
I have 22 players so i always watch there condition.

I've found that if you play friendly against team two level above you, you can earn 50% while not tiring up your players, furthermore you will get packs.
I think that you are not playing all 3 competition you can arrange friendly and save packs, and also do the normal training.

IMO it is good to train for skill points but you risk injury and friendlies are good for receiving packs but again chance of injury, so if you are short of packs then play friendlies but if you want to improve your players skill then train.

so they progres faster when i train them on the normal way? (im asking because they recieve more points from a friendly match).

If your not too concerned about getting many injuries and have plenty of subs/reserves then friendlies would be the better choice due to the boosters on offer.

In my experience they don't receive too many skill points from friendly matches.
