    Question for the Power Trainers

OK, quick screenshot of my entire squad after stretching on normal intensity:

    Question for the Power Trainers-t11-train-gain-normal-stretch.jpg

You can see the gain and the ages of players from that - so my question is, who is a good candidate for power training and who is a slow trainer that I should consider letting go of?

(it's worth mentioning that Colman is my only 4*, so I guess he's training better because he's not as good as the rest)

As a rule, what rate of training should I be looking for to consider someone a 'fast trainer'?

That's two questions now, oh well

Thanks in advance for your help! :-)

We need more pics because there's a slight randomness on training gain.

But from the only pic there, we can say J Colman is one of your fastest trainer.

I'm not sure if he's a fast trainer though.

Thanks, I'll get some more training done when the squad fitness isn't quite so ruined and come back to you!

Colman is definitely training fast, he's consistently going up several skill points a day even without deliberate PT - but he's my worst player by a long way, currently Q22 and the next lowest are Cook and De Moraes at Q25, so I assume that has an effect

I am not an expert as I have only just started PT myself but you really need to set intensity to hard to get the best results

A fast trainer at 5* should be doing 40/80/120 on all 3 types of training on hard.

Yeah, I know, this was just a test - I've always trained players down to 60 fitness after games, so they had different training depending on how much condition they had left. This was the first time I've trained every one on the same intensity and same type of training to do a comparison

That's the sort of thing I was after - a benchmark for a fast trainer. So if someone is performing under this I won't waste time with PT and if they are doing better then I'm onto a winner!

It's also worth noting that when players gain stars whether you apply the skill points or not, the training rate slows down.
