new transfer system question

So next season, ill be level 4, and i have a question. So if i sell my player and if i have only 1 friend, will this the only 1 friend of mine only the one seeing that i selling my player. Or any other people could see it too? Thanks in advance

So if im the only one bid, can the manager accept my bid? Or needed to wait for the knocked out? And if im the only one selling and for example 3 biders, can i choose one of this three? Thankyou! ;-)
