    u dont play with all ur main 11...
    U just put 2-3 of main player (attacker) with ur reserve players for those friendlies...
    So u wont waste too many green pack... At most 15 green pack, but with 15 green pack u gain more skill than wasting it on training... Make sure u hv lots of red pack too

    Yes I only play with 3 main players which costs me about 15-18 rests to get them ready for the next game. Also I only play friendlys when I can fit 30+ games (So 7 1/2 hours or over night) between my other games, so that its worth it using the greens.
