Not getting compettion &tickets money please help

Hey guys so i have played two games today. I won over 4 Milion $in money ticket&competition prizes but on my finance screen it says that my income for the day is zero ????????

Must send a report with your ID (it's in the menu, right screen).

Just keep taking screenshots of all the money that you win ( after games ratings and awards screen ) email them and hopefully they will pay you back.

Ive lost over 4 M so far

Money that i got with daily prize went on normally.
My first match today is in 4 hours or so.

Yeah I got a response too but I don’t see any token yet. They tell me to wait more time for them to fix this issue...
