need help setting up top eleven on face iphone and laptop

i downloaded the app after a few friends recommended it on my iphone but i have never been able to log in using facebook so fort ill come on here to find out what the problem is but as i logged on to top eleven using facebook via the laptop its gave me the option to start a new team i dont really wanna start a new team as my team is really good and currently 20 games inro the season and 7 points clear and top of the league

could admin help with setting them all up ? thanks matt
