Current Interface For Changing Formations And So On Is Pain

The current user interface for setting formations is a pain to use. Making changes, even minor ones such as removing a striker for a defender, especially during a match are difficult and it takes too much time. I don't like it at all.

Way back at least people could change formation faster and easier; nowadays, by the time you select the player to be substituted and move him to the desired position, the match maybe already over. To be free to move players to 'anywhere' on the pitch is good but the current thing is clumsy, inaccurate and takes too much time; at least switches to default positions should have been provided.
